SALT ENCRUSTED BEEF TENDERLOIN: 100% Beef Tenderloin is seasoned then encrusted in Kosher Salt and Roasted to Med Rare and served with Beef Aus Jus and Rolls.
BAKED CHICKEN: Chicken is seasoned with savory herbs and spices and oven roasted until tender and slightly crunchy.
