STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM CAPS: Spinach, Green Onion and Herbs are blended and sautéed and added to a Special Cheese and Stuffed in Portobello Mushroom Caps then baked until bubbly. (24 count per order)
ROASTED STUFFED MINI YUKON: Mini Yukon Potatoes are seasoned and roasted then stuffed with Goat cheese, Bacon and Chives cream. (24 count per order)
LITTLE ITALY ANTIPASTI SKEWERS: Pesto Tortellini, Mozzarella Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Sundried Tomato and Basil is topped with a balsamic reduction. (24 count per order)
BASIL BITES CROSTINI: French Bread Crostini are topped with Roma tomatoes and our cheese cream sauce and baked until nice and creamy and bubbly. (24 count per order)
RICE PILAF: Rice is sauteed and Baked in the oven with aromatic vegetables and broth until light and fluffy
MASHED POTATO BAR: Potatoes are mashed and creamed, accompanied by cheese, chives, sour cream, bacon bits, and gravy.
ATTENDANT PASTA BAR: Penne and Fettuccine Pasta, with your choice of Fresh Alfredo or Marinara sauce, with roasted vegetables and grilled chicken. Served with Caesar Salad and dressings.
SALT ENCRUSTED BEEF TENDERLOIN: 100% Beef Tenderloin is seasoned then encrusted in Kosher Salt and Roasted to Med Rare and served with Beef Aus Jus and Rolls.
TRADITIONAL PULLED PORK: Prime Boston Butt Pork or Pork Shoulder is Slowly roasted and basted for several hours with Vinegar pepper sauce then shredded and served with coleslaw and rolls.
BRAISED ROAST BEEF: 100% Angus beef is slowly roasted with carrots, potatoes and vegetables, then paired with your choice of mashed potatoes or rice topped with an Aus Jus Gravy.
CITRUS CHICKEN: Chicken breast is dry rubbed then allowed to marinate for 24 hours, then grilled and topped with a Chardonnay Citrus Sauce. (1 Order serves 8-15.)
International Cheese-Board Irish Cheddar, Gouda, French Emmental accompanied with a Pesto Brie served with Crostini Breads and Crackers. (Serves 15 – 30 per board)
DOMESTIC CHEESE-BOARD: Mild Cheddar, Swiss, Colby and Pepper Jack, served with Dried Fruits and Crackers. Small – Serves 10 – 15, Medium – Serves 15 – 20, Large – Serves 25 – 30
SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP: Spinach and Artichoke are chopped and sauteed with other herbs and onions, then paired with cheese blend cream and baked until bubbly and served with pita chips. (1 Order serves 10 – 15)
MANGO & GREEN CURRY TARLETS: Shrimp is paired with fresh Mango, and a Green Curry Sauce then served chilled in a Toasted Sesame Cup. (24 count per order)
WHIP-TAIL CRAB: Best of both worlds. Crab and Shrimp are paired together and broiled and drizzled with a Lemon butter sauce. (24 count per order)
